Regulatory and Compliance Specialist

The Regulatory and Compliance Specialist effectively performs activities of some variety and complexity to ensure quality and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. These activities may include reviewing documents and data, conducting basic floor audits, process audits and inspections, consulting on routine quality and compliance issues in areas of expertise, and maintaining quality databases. Those who support manufacturing areas also perform quality release of support items and raw materials and intermediate products. Assists with the development of SOPs or other quality documents as needed.

Quality Control Inspector

The position is a key hire to the Quality Assurance team and plays a major role in ensuring the company’s compliance to GMP. The position plays a major role within the QA department and the company in ensuring compliance to GMP, FDA and ISO requirements.

Analytical Chemist

Independently perform routine testing of process validation samples, raw materials, finished products, and stability samples, while adhering to SOPs and GLPs, and working in a cGMP compliant environment. Analyze and interpret results in written and oral format. Assist Manager in conducting investigations as needed.

Formulations Associate

The person would be responsible for making laboratory-sized batches of formulas on the laboratory bench according to formulation guidelines and formulator direction. Also include, but are not limited to filling product, cleaning glassware and sinks, assisting in stability samples, tracking raw materials, and ordering supplies.

Manufacturing Technician

Perform downstream production activities in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Assures that operations are conducted in compliance with cGMPs, EP and other regulatory bodies. Coordinates activities with manufacturing staff and other cross functional departments. Overall responsibilities include execution of upstream production processes, employee training, development, quality of product, deviation investigations, productivity improvements, and cost control.

Validation Engineer

Provide project leadership and guidance on validation/qualification initiatives to internal project teams and external validation firms and ensure project schedules are met.  Ensure that CoreRx systems, both computer and equipment, are in compliance with regulatory requirements.  Author, assess, maintain, review and approve validation and qualification lifecycle documentation.  Provide guidance on equipment qualification and computer system validation efforts throughout the systems lifecycle.
